- Email us at online@ilikedreams.com with the subject title: Exchange Request – Order Number. Our customer service team will get back to you as soon as possible to assist with finalizing your exchange.
- Please understand that exchanges are solely dependent on stock availability and Like Dreams reserves the right to exchange by way of an item(s) of similar value, giving you a refund, or any other methods at the discretion of Like Dreams.

- Please give a 7 working days window for your account be refunded. In the case you do not receive your refund after 7 working days, please contact your bank, credit card company, or payment processor directly for further information.
- Refunds will be based on the value of the good as shown on your invoice. Shipping charges from your initial order will only be refunded if the reason for return is because of a damaged or defected good. The refund will be issued by Like Dreams to your original payment method used upon purchase.
