- Express shipping is sent out via USPS Priority.
Shipping Process and Speed
- It will generally take 1-2 business days to process your order.
- Once your order is packed, standard shipping will take 4-6 business days to arrive. Express shipping will take 1-3 business days to arrive. Please note that after any order has been shipped from our facility it is out of our responsibility for any unexpected lost or stolen packages. Please make sure you keep track of your package status and report with your local carrier office to file a claim.
Tracking Order Status
- Once your order has been placed you will receive an email/SMS notification at the email/ phone number you input at checkout.
- Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive another email/SMS notification of the tracking number of the appropriate carrier.
- Clicking the tracking number will opt you to the carrier’s website tracking page where you can get live updates of your order status with its expected delivery date.
- Please give at least 48 hours for your tracking number and order status to be updated. In the case that you still have not received your order details within a week of your purchase, please email us at email@example.com for further assistance.
Changing Shipping Address
- We ship all orders directly based off the shipping address that you input upon checkout. Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped out, we are unable to redirect any items to another address. If the provided address is incorrect, you will have to wait until the item is sent back to us by the delivery agent or the unintended recipient.
- Please make sure that all shipping addresses are provided accurately, and the correct location is chosen in the shipping address field.
- Please note that any additional shipping charges for attempted delivery and returning shipping charges will be upon your responsibility to fulfill.
How do I make a return?
We always want you to love your Like Dreams bag. But of course, if some reason the bag is not right for you, you will have 30 days upon receiving your order to return your item to us.
- We only accept returns 30 days of receipt, and please ensure the item(s) is in its original unused condition, with the original packaging, tags, and any other ticketing attached.
- Sales Items are not applicable. All sales items are FINAL: All clearance or discounted items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.

- Unless it is a defected good, you are responsible for purchasing your own shipping label. We recommend you opt for a shipment method that enables tracking. Like Dreams will not be responsible for the loss a returned good.
When will I receive my refund?
- Once we receive your return item(s), it will go through an inspection/quality check to ensure that it is in the appropriate condition that complies with our refund policy. This process can take up to 3 business days.
- After the return has been validated, it can take up to 14 working days for the refund to be made to your payment services provided. Once we have processed your refund, you will receive an email confirmation from us.
- Please give a 7 working days window for your account be refunded. In the case you do not receive your refund after 7 working days, please contact your bank, credit card company, or payment processor directly for further information.
- Refunds will be based on the value of the good as shown on your invoice. Shipping charges from your initial order will only be refunded if the reason for return is because of a damaged or defected good. The refund will be issued by Like Dreams to your original payment method used upon purchase.
- We thank you in advance for your understanding for possible delays with refunds caused by major holidays and special events.
How do I make an exchange?
- Only items that are defective, damaged, or the wrong style are applicable for exchange and must be made within 45 days from receiving your order.
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject title: Exchange Request – Order Number. Our customer service team will get back to you as soon as possible to assist with finalizing your exchange.
- Please understand that exchanges are solely dependent on stock availability and Like Dreams reserves the right to exchange by way of an item(s) of similar value, giving you a refund, or any other methods at the discretion of Like Dreams.
Terms and Conditions:
- You have 30 days upon receiving your order to decide if your Like Dreams bag is the right fit for you.
- Items must be returned in original condition with all original tagging to be eligible for refund. Any item worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way will be denied approval.
- Like Dreams reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the goods before accepting any returns, refunds or exchanges.
- Unless mentioned otherwise, you shall be refunded by your original payment method.
- Should there be any dispute about the refund amount for any returns, your refund will be based on the item’s value on the original purchase invoice.
- Like Dreams is not responsible for any damage, wear, accidental or random damage that is due to your own accord.
- All terms on the Return Policy are final.
