HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY?

  • We accept returns/exchanges on all full price items within 30 days of receival date. Please visit our Return & Refund Policy page for more details.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL?

  • Yes, international shipping is currently available worldwide via UPS, or USPS international mailing. Shipping times and fees may apply.

 

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, DO YOU COLLECT TAXES AND DUTIES?

  • We do not collect any taxes and duties on behalf of the customer. All international customers are responsible for all taxes and duties upon delivery.

 

HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

  • Every step of your ordering process will lead to an email/SMS confirmation. Once your order is placed, you will receive a notification that we received it and will process. Each time your order status updates, we will also update you with tracking information, stock updates, etc.

 

WHAT IF I NEED TO MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

  • Once your order has been submitted to our end, we have limited ability to make drastic changes. If you contact us in a timely manner, we will try to accommodate at our best effort, but we cannot guarantee changes will be made. Please contact online@ilikedreams.com as soon as possible with any modification or cancellation requests.

 

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?

  • Yes, we do ship to P.O. boxes via USPS only.
